POKEMON PLATINUM BATTLE FRONTIER


Welcome to Pokemon Aus24's Platinum Battle Frontier Guide, here you'll find everything you'll need to know when challenging the Frontier Brains. each Brain will award you with a Silver Medal then a Gold after you beat them twice.

Battle Tower
Just like the one from Diamond and Pearl you basically choose whether you want single battles, double battles or double multi battles then you battle seven trainers in a row, each stronger then the last.

Frontier Brain: Tower Tycoon Palmer
Pokemon: Dragonite, Milotic, Rhyperior


Battle Factory
Just like in Emerald you are given rental Pokemon and then battle seven trainers in a row, each trainer you defeat will allow you to trade one of your Pokemon with their stronger ones making your team better each round.

Frontier Brain: Factory Head Thorton
Pokemon: Random Rental Pokemon


Battle Hall
A weird facility that requires you to use only one Pokemon or two if it's a double battle, you then pick which Pokemon you want to battle. There are seventeen different Pokemon, one of each type and like always seven trainers need to be defeated in a row.

Battle Castle
The Battle Castle works like that of the Battle Tower but your team does not regain strength after each battle, you do however to Castle Points which can be spent on the following:

- Heal your Pokemon
- Heal your Pokemon's PP
- Receive an item
- See your opponent's Pokemon

Frontier Brain: Castle Valet Darach
Pokemon: Empoleon, Staraptor, Houndoom


Battle Arcade
Here you have single or double battles and before each turn a wheel is spun which will have some type of effect on the battle both positive and negative, below is a list of effects:

- All your Pokémon's stats are raised
- All your Pokémon's stats are lowered
- All your Pokémon are Paralyzed
- All your opponents Pokémon are Paralyzed
- All your Pokémon are Burnt
- All your opponents Pokémon are Burnt
- The effect is whatever lies below this selected square
- You're given a Berry
- You're opponent gets a Berry
- Your Pokémon's Level increases by 3
- Your Pokémon's Level decreases by 3
- Your HP is increased
- Your HP is lowered
- Your opponent's HP is lowered
- Weather Condition: Sandstorm
- Weather Condition: Sunny Day
- Weather Condition: Rain Dance
- Weather Condition: Hail
- No Effect

Frontier Brain: Arcade Star Dahlia
Pokemon: Dusknoir, Medicham, Ludicolo
