![]() ![]() Pokemon Battle Strike is a Pokemon Aus24 exclusive and unofficial Pokemon card game, basically it's a mixture of the current card game and checkers. You assemble a team of six Pokemon from the list below along with a Trainer Card, your aim is to then move your cards around the playing field, defeat your opponent's Pokemon and eventually get to your opponent's goal. There are two different game modes which can be found below... Standard Battle: You use six Pokemon, whoever gets three Pokemon onto their opponent's goal first is the winner. Hero's Journey: You use six Pokemon and a Trainer Card, whoever get's their trainer onto the opponent's goal first is the winner. You'll need to use your Pokemon to defend your Trainer as you make your way across the field. ![]() When your Pokemon and your opponent's Pokemon meet horizontally or vertically, a battle is engaged. The winner remains where they are and the loser must return to their goal. The amount of spaces a Pokemon can move is determined by their Spd (Speed) and only one Pokemon can move each turn, Pokemon cannot move or battle diagonally unless otherwise stated by their Ability or Item. Atk - This is the Pokemon’s Attack power, when you use an Attack each turn, this amount is taken away from your opponent’s HP. Def - This is the Pokemon’s Defense power, when your opponent uses an Attack on you, minus this number from their total attack power. Sp. Atk - This is the Pokemon’s Special Attack power, when you use an Sp. Attack each turn, this number is taken away from your opponent’s HP. Sp. Def - This is the Pokemon’s Special Defense power, when your opponent uses a Special Attack on you, minus this number from their total Sp. Atk power. HP - This is the Pokemon’s Life Energy, Attacks subtract from your total HP and once it is reduced to 0 your Pokemon is sent back to your Goal. Spd - This is the Pokemon’s Speed, the number tells you how many spaces they can move each turn. Also the Pokemon with the higher Speed also attacks first each turn during a battle. ![]() This is the battle field, if your Pokemon lands on a space with their own type then you add +5 to their Attack and Sp. Attack which is called a Power Up. If your Pokemon lands on a space with their Weakness then they lose -5 Attack and Sp. Attack which is called a Power Down. The Rainbow area in the middle of the field gives +5 Atk and Sp. Atk to all Pokemon. If battling a Pokemon who is weak against you (Your type appears in their Weakness section), you Atk and Sp. Atk gain +10. All stats changing effects from abilities and items take place after applying Weaknesses and Power Up/Downs unless otherwise stated.
